Hi, I’m Winsome Barnett, owner of Helping Hands Cleaning Services. I started providing cleaning services over 7 years ago, after leaving the Hyatt Corporation where I was the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Today, I have over 50 residential properties and 2 commercial buildings. We service Greensboro and the surrounding Triad Area.
